I am a seasoned, top producing Chicagoland Realtor who has been engaged in all facets of the real estate industry in Chicago and the surrounding Suburban Areas since 2003.  With over $100 million and 400 personally closed transactions, I have the experience and knowledgeable you need.

I love Chicagoland's vast canvas of neighborhoods and architecture and the real estate industry. I started as an agent in the Hyde Park Neighborhood which only strengthened my appreciation of Chicago's rich heritage. From grand mansions in Kenwood to 26 unit courtyard buildings in South Shore, the everyday experiences in real estate add to my appreciation of Chicago's history, cultures, geography, and construction.

My experiences as a General Contractor, Landlord, and Developer, give me a broad understanding of the Real Estate Business, Economy and Ecosystem. As the industry continues to evolve, my company grew and we relocated to the Bridgeport neighborhood of Chicago as Beals & Associates. It is here that my interest in Green building intersected with great opportunities to represent Chicago's most sustainable homebuilder. Working with Greenline Homes, I have successfully closed dozens of Green transactions in the past years.  I have developed a proven process to demonstrate the value of a high performance homes to consumers.

As January 2020, Beals & Associates has merged with EXIT Strategy Realty and EMA Realty and Management to expand into a wide reaching network of qualified agents and contacts throughout Chicagoland and beyond. This has created the opportunity to grow in new and exciting ways.

Currently, I live with my wife and three children in West Suburban Maywood in a historic Prairie School home. I have served as a Historic Preservation Commissioner, an Environmental Commissioner, and currently serve pro-bono as a board member of Housing Helpers, Inc. and President of Maywood Housing Helpers Development Corp. Both are Not for Profit Organizations that promote affordable and sustainable home ownership. I have helped raise and implement over $3 million in grant funding and loans to create high quality home buying opportunities for first time home buyers in my community. I leverages my industry contacts, knowledge base and work ethic every day for my clients, community and fellow brokers. Most importantly I haven't lost the sense of amazement in the built environment of the region I call home.
